This report is developed by a local professional appraiser based on either an exterior inspection or an interior, visual assessment of the property. The report contains a thorough verification of the property characteristics, the site attributes and influences, the condition of the dwelling with estimates of needed repairs, a narrative description and photos of all rooms including any deferred maintenance. Additionally, a verification of the gross living area via the physical measurement of the dwelling and a dimensioned floor plan can be provided with this report for additional due diligence.
