If you are an appraiser interested in applying for consideration for approval with ValuTech, please fill out the below registration form. We will review your qualifications and our needs in your market. Thank you

ValuTech’s minimum appraiser qualification standards:

  • Licensed as either a Certified or General Appraiser.
  • Carry a minimum of $1,000,000 of Errors and Omission Insurance.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years appraisal experience within their service area.
  • Maintain competency in all residential property types within their service areas.
  • Be current on continuing education and maintain methods of staying current on all regulatory guidelines and applicable laws.
  • Not have infractions with their state licensing board or other regulatory agencies, as well as, with the appraisal subcommittee database.
  • Be FHA Approved
  • Maintain approvals with various investors and lenders.
  • Designation or membership in a professional appraisal organization.
