UCDP Direct Integration

Presdio offers direct integration with the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) for the electronic delivery of appraisals, UAD compliance review, UCDP submission feedback and certification of successful submission. The Uniform Collateral Data Portal is the single portal through which lenders will electronically submit appraisal reports for conventional mortgages delivered to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Presidio Platform retains a copy of the appraisal and data related to the order process for 12 months from the date of completion with easy access to files via the client's dashboard.

Cost-Plus Service

ValuTech provide extended file archiving services to meet client specific file retention requirements.

Payment & Accounting

The Presidio Platform supports a variety payment methods and accounting software integration. Payments can be made via a client's point-of-sale web portal or via the dashboard using PayPal, credit cards or ACH. Data can be exported in a CSV format or integrated with leading accounting applications like Quick books and Peachtree.
