Presidio automates the management of appraisers, their credentials and adherence to appraisal policies and service level agreements reducing the management costs and resource consumption while providing workflow control and regulatory compliance.

Presidio monitors adherence to established service level agreements such as turn-around times, appraisal procedures and appraiser quality ratings to ensure compliance to the lender’s policies, as well as, to provide a documented audit trail.

Presidio monitors appraiser credentials, expirations of licenses and E&O insurance, as well as, the Appraisal Subcommittee’s Database and state licensing boards for infractions or changes in license status.

As part of compliance, the lender must have written policies and procedures in place that establish criteria for including and removing of appraisers from their approved panel, identifying specific performance criteria. Presidio provides a method of monitoring and reporting the adherence to these policies.
