As critical as data is to the accuracy of the valuation process, so is the refinement of the data so that it can be efficiently leveraged to its fullest potential in the process. ValuTech’s propriety ValuMetric Rating System starts with appraiser defined markets which are further stratified ensuring the accurate comparison of competitive market segments and market modeling. Critical elements of comparison, including location, views, quality, and condition are obtained, rated and leveraged in all of ValuTech’s valuation processes.

Objective & Quantifiable

Support This proprietary rating system allows for the quantification of subjective attributes not typically accounted for in automated valuation products. ValuTech’s clients benefit by receiving objectively supported valuations not possible from AVM’s, BPOs or traditional appraisal products. In a time when the collateral valuation industry is demanding objective and quantifiable support for their valuations ValuTech is delivering it.

With a rating system which accounts for all critical elements of comparison, traditional valuation processes including Matched Pairs Analysis, Qualitative Analysis, Quantitative analytics, and statistical analysis (like Multi-Linear Regression) are more accurately and efficiently developed and leveraged in the valuation process.

Regulatory Compliance

The ValuMetric Rating System and ValuTech’s data collection process comply with the new Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines as our valuation methodologies include “condition” and other critical attributes in the valuation process. Changes in Market Conditions are also tracked via the ValuTech Property Value Index (VTI) and reported in all valuation products.
