Auto-Assignment

Presidio uses customized client rules and cascading logic to efficiently place orders. Each order includes specific guidelines, policies and procedures and instructions to insure expectations are provided to the valuation professionals. Presidio utilizes various search filters and exception handling methods to maintain efficient workflow and adherence to the client’s SOW. Each client has a secure dashboard to place orders, view status and retrieve orders.

Communication

Client’s have seamless communication continuity within the platform or out. Presidio allows clients and valuation professionals to communicate via e-mail in a regulatory compliant format. Authorless e-mails can be sent via traditional e-mail platforms like Outlook without having to log into the platform. All messages are tracked and catalogued within the platform.

UCDP Direct Integration

Presdio offers direct integration with the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) for the electronic delivery of appraisals, UAD compliance review, UCDP submission feedback and certification of successful submission. The Uniform Collateral Data Portal is the single portal through which lenders will electronically submit appraisal reports for conventional mortgages delivered to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Automated Review

ValuTech offers web-based access or integrated access to a state-of-the-art electronic review platform which reviews XML imbedded PDF formatted appraisals based on client-specified criteria, USPAP and Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac guidelines. This comprehensive review process reviews appraisals for errors and omissions, potential over valuation and other elements of risk to provide a detailed report with identified errors and warnings to reduce potential risks to the lender while reducing quality control expenses.

Presidio is reliable, secure and flexible. The platform is recognized by the mortgage industry and is hosted in a SAS-70 Type II audited facility. Data is secure with backup, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures to ensure continuous operation. ValuTech adheres to strict service levels regarding performance and response times.
